🔄 Delivery Method

Our delivery typically uses counter-to-counter service, ensuring your parrot is transported securely. They travel in a pressurized, temperature-controlled compartment for maximum comfort. Shipping costs via airlines generally range from $100.00 to $150.00, depending on the airline and destination.

🚛 Specialized Ground Service

For those who prefer personalized service, we also offer doorstep delivery through a specialized Pet Transport service, covering all locations within the continental U.S. 🚪 The cost for this service varies based on distance and location, generally making it the pricier option for parrot delivery.

❓ Is Shipping Really Safe for My Parrot?

You may wonder, “Is it truly safe to ship my parrot?” While transporting a bird might seem stressful, shipping with reputable airlines in the U.S. is quite safe and reliable. Based on my extensive experience shipping within the U.S. and Canada, I can confidently assure you that parrots receive excellent care during transit. Airlines are cautious about mishandling animals due to potential legal issues and the importance of customer satisfaction.

🥤 Care During Transport

To ensure your parrot’s comfort during their journey, I take several precautions:

  • Food and Feeding Instructions 🍏: These are securely taped to the top of the crate.
  • Frozen Water 🧊: Provided inside the crate, it gradually thaws to ensure your parrot stays hydrated.
  • Average Flight Time ⏱️: Approximately 4 to 7 hours.

I closely monitor any delays or layovers, keeping track of flight times to provide you with real-time updates on your parrot’s status.

Upon arrival, your parrot is welcomed with a cozy environment:

  • A fluffy bed of shredded newspapers for nesting 🛏️
