"This contract is made between Elite African Grey Parrots Aviary, referred to as the Seller, and our customer, identified by name.

To certify the sale of one of the parrots listed on our website. Include the name of the parrot and its breed.

TERMS/CONDITIONS:

Terms and Conditions: 1. Payment Obligations The Buyer agrees to pay for the parrot and the associated shipping costs if applicable. 2. Care and Responsibility The Buyer agrees that the parrot will not be allowed outdoors without proper supervision. The Buyer commits to caring for the parrot in a humane manner and to being a responsible animal guardian. This includes providing adequate food, water, shelter, attention, and medical care. 3. Health and Temperament Guarantee The Seller guarantees that the parrot is of sound health and has a good temperament at the time of sale. A health record documenting all vaccinations will be provided by the Seller. The Buyer agrees to take the parrot to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of delivery for a physical examination. Should a licensed veterinarian determine that the parrot has any health issues attributable to the Seller, the bird may be returned upon providing a signed written diagnosis for a full refund of the purchase price or exchanged for another parrot of equivalent value. The Seller agrees to finance the return costs of the parrot. 4. Ownership Transfer and Money-Back Guarantee Should the Buyer no longer be able to retain possession of the parrot, the Seller must be notified and given the first option to regain full ownership to assist in finding a new home. The Buyer is entitled to a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If the Buyer does not like the parrot or experiences difficulties bonding, the parrot must be returned along with all necessary paperwork and medical records. Any circumstances affecting the quality of life of the parrot must be communicated to the breeder/Seller for their involvement in the animal's welfare. 5. Restrictions on Transfer The breeder/Seller reserves the right to approve or prohibit any transfer of the animal to a third party. Under no circumstances will the parrot be sold, leased, traded, or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter, or similar facility. 6. Deposit for In-Person Pickup For in-person pickup at our aviary, a deposit of $450 is required.
